Northern Neck Senior Care Community is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) key duties include:
Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being. Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents. Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions. Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers. Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) requirements:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Virginia. Must be at least 18 years of age. A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
