In this role, you will do much more than pass medications-you will uplift spirits and advocate for health.
Compassionate Care: Administer treatments, manage wound care, and provide top-tier clinical support. Resident Advocacy: Assess changing health needs and collaborate with physicians to keep care plans accurate. Heartfelt Connection: Offer emotional support, reassurance, and clear guidance to residents and their families. Collaborative Leadership: Partner with CNAs and charge nurses to create a smooth, joyful, and efficient shift environment. What You Bring to Our Team
Valid Oklahoma LPN license and a graduate of an accredited program. Current CPR/BLS certification. A compassionate heart with a strong desire to work in skilled nursing. Excellent communication skills to connect with families and team members. The physical stamina to stand, move, and safely assist patients throughout a rewarding 12-hour shift.
