Madera Community Hospital is a growing acute care facility seeking talented individuals with a drive to provide quality care and dedicated to making a difference in our community. Position Summary: The Ultrasound Technologist must be proficient in scanning all specialties, including abdomen, pelvic, small parts, and vascular. Requires minimum two years acute care experience. Must have Interventional experience. The sonographer shall perform all functions necessary for the competent operation of Sonography equipment and the performance of either General and Vascular Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiac and Vascular Diagnostic Medical Sonography within the mission of the Hospital and department. Qualifications: Requires completion of American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) approved course in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and/or Cardiovascular Credentialing International certification (CCI). Any sonographer hired without their ARDMS will have 12 months to obtain the required ARDMS credential.
