Provide MAT consultations, education, and treatment to address opioid use disorders in accordance with statutes, regulations, and protocols of the profession, OASAS, and CCBHC Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a trauma focused approach Design/participate in the development of individualized treatment plans, incorporating best practice into treatment interventions Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Refer patients based on clinical, medical, or other needs and provide updates to applicable referents as needed Ability to lead, manage, and support a multidisciplinary team effectively Document and bill all interaction recorded in the electronic health records (EHR) Attend all agency staff meetings and annual in-service as required or mandated. Maintain good working relationships with all agency staff, patients and visitors.
Position Qualifications:
New York State Licenses Nurse Practitioner (Board Certified in Addiction preferred) Prior experience working with behavioral health populations and marginalized communities Experience in telehealth preferred Experience and knowledge of Microsoft systems and electronic health records (EHR) Excellent written and oral communication Ability to speak, read and write the English language Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
