Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery and rehabilitation. Educate patients and families on treatment options and home exercise programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. PT Job Requirements:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program / DPT. Current state licensure (or eligible for licensure) in Vermont to practice Physical Therapy. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits:
