Wage starts at $20.00/hourly. Rogue Community Health is looking for a referral coordinator to join our team. Our referral coordinators are committed to excellent patient care, go the extra mile, will look under every rock until a solution can be found, and know at the end of the day that they made a difference in someone else's life. On the outside, processing a patient's medical referral might sound easy, but it takes the right amount of passion to ensure that the services a patient receives are accurate, and timely, communications are clear, all research has been done appropriately, and most importantly, and the patient experience is seamless and has a positive outcome. Expectations are compliance with organizational policies, procedures, standards of care, and related laws and regulations including HIPAA, and OSHA, regulations. Oregon is an employment-at-will state and Rogue Community Health (RCH) has a 90-day probationary period for all newly hired team members.
