We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Resident Care Supervisor for the second shift. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the residential care facility during the second shift, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards - Supervise and support caregiving staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations - Coordinate and monitor resident care plans, ensuring personalized and consistent care delivery - Ensure accurate documentation of resident information, medication administration, and incident reports - Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and team members to address resident needs and concerns - Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff - Assist with resident assessments and participate in care planning meetings - Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork within the facility Skills and Qualifications: - Valid LPN license in the state of Florida - Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare or residential care setting - Strong knowledge of resident care practices, medication administration, and safety protocols - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team - Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' individual needs - Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure - Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems We value a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
