School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Auburn, WA | 2025-2026 School Year Hello SLPs, Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Auburn, WA for the rest of the 2025-2026 school year. Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you. Position Details:
In-person, school-based role Elementary; ASAP - March 6, 2026 Leave coverage position 30 hours per week/0.8 FTE Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation Collaborate with school special education teams Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain) Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply - we provide supervision and mentorship Benefits (W-2 Employment): Paid sick leave Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) for employees working 0.8 FTE or more 401(k) with company matching Reimbursements for licensure, continuing education, and professional costs Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate Paid time off for volunteer work and donation matching for nonprofits (0.8 FTE and above) General and professional liability insurance Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Why Ampersand Therapy: We're a small, therapist-run company based in Washington and Colorado.
