This is an exceptional opportunity to build a long-term CRNA career in a supportive practice while enjoying one of the most scenic and lifestyle-rich areas in the country. 💼 Position Overview As a CRNA, you will work collaboratively with anesthesiologists to provide safe, efficient anesthesia and analgesia care for surgical and obstetrical patients across both hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settings. CRNAs are valued clinical partners and are encouraged to integrate education, leadership, research, and consultation into their roles. Youll practice in a medically directed model with a strong culture of mutual respect among CRNAs, anesthesiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams. 🗓 Schedule & Work-Life Balance Shift Options: 8-, 10-, 12-, and 16-hour shifts available Self-scheduling for maximum flexibility Call: One overnight call shift per month Guaranteed post-call day off Call hours count toward the 40-hour work week
Weekends: One weekend per month Designed to support work-life balance, not burnout 💰 Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Starting at $230,000+ Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 SRNA Stipend: Up to $2,000/month for up to 12 months while completing training Pay Differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends Instant Pay available for qualifying positions Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision Retirement plan options Paid malpractice CME reimbursement Relocation assistance Tuition reimbursement options
