Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Exposure to a variety of grade levels (PreK–12 opportunities)
1–2 building placement when possible
Collaborative teams including Psychologists, Counselors, Intervention Specialists, and Administration Your Impact as an SLP You’ll support students’ speech, language, and communication development while helping schools create environments where students can succeed academically and socially. Core Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide direct speech-language therapy (individual and group)
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Support MTSS / RTI initiatives as appropriate What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid SLP license (state-specific)
School-based experience preferred, but newer professionals encouraged to apply — mentorship available
Strong collaboration and communication skills
