Join Our Team at Pyramid Healthcare!Location: Quakertown Facility 2705 North Old Bethlehem Pike Position Title: LPN FT - Overnight Shift Summary: As an LPN at our Quakertown inpatient rehab center, you will play an essential role in delivering treatment to adult men seeking recovery in a structured setting. Clients receive therapy, medical care, and education to help overcome personal issues and work toward sustained sobriety. We offer comprehensive addiction treatment and integrate holistic approaches to substance use recovery. Under passionate leadership, Pyramid Healthcare provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare, including psychiatry, addiction recovery, and mental disorder treatment, all defined by supportive environments to reclaim health and well-being. Pay Range: $30 to $34 per hour (plus shift and weekend differentials) Shift: Overnight Top Reasons Why a Nursing Position with Pyramid Healthcare - Quakertown Inpatient is Unique:No ADLs: Our clients are independent in bathing, feeding, grooming, and personal hygiene. No Catheters or IVs: Nurses are not responsible for catheter care or IV insertions. No Blood Draws: We contract with a national lab for blood draws. Minimal Physical Requirements: No heavy lifting or long periods of standing/walking. No Paper MARs: We utilize an active electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR). Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Properly communicate and guide LPNs in client care responsibilities and assignments. Complete initial Nursing Assessments for new admissions. Administer medications and be knowledgeable about withdrawal management protocols. Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol. Provide medication education to clients. Coordinate and support medical providers during initial assessments and medication management appointments. Maintain medical equipment in proper working order. Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours. Perform other duties as assigned. Licensure, Education, & Experience:Current, unencumbered LPN license in Pennsylvania required. Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification required. Background or experience in a behavioral health treatment setting preferred. Experience in Substance Use Treatment and Co-occurring Disorders preferred. Employment Information: Due to the nature of behavioral healthcare work and our commitment to ensuring client safety, candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances.
