Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning Assisting during meals and encouraging proper nutrition Taking and recording vital signs Observing residents and reporting any changes to the nursing team Providing comfort, companionship, and dignity to residents Working closely with nurses and fellow CNAs to provide excellent care
What We're Looking For We're looking for team members who are dependable, compassionate, and enjoy helping others. Qualifications:
Current CNA certification Compassionate and patient-centered attitude Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable and responsible work ethic Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
