Physical Therapist Location: West Reading, PA 19611 Contract: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM Rate: $60-$62/hr Guarantee Hours: 35 hours/week Pay Period: Weekly Start: ASAP Required:
2+ years’ professional PT experience Must have Physical Therapist license CPR and first aid certification required
Responsibilities:
Meet with new patients and give them tours of our facility Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients Communicate and coordinate with patients’ physicians to ensure a consistent level of care Visit patients in their homes and at other facilities on a limited basis Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations Evaluate and report on patients’ progress
