Knowledge of dietetic standards and ability to interact with patient care staff regarding special diet orders. You will be required communicate with a variety of patients, visitors and staff members so that the patient care requirements are met. Maintain patient kitchen supplies Follows sanitation procedures Transports tray carts to and from patient kitchens Provides customer service to patients, visitors and staff. Uses appropriate communication skills. You will also need to be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers; able to read and write simple sentences. We ask you have one course or more experience in food service and public relations or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum Education Required Per Classified Civil Svc Specs or equivalent combination of education and experience.
