Responsive to resident needs and preferences. Considers resident satisfaction a priority. Provides direct care and support for the care needs of the resident according the Nursing Care Plan. Grooming includes: Provides for the maintenance and rehabilitative needs of the residents according to the Nursing Care Plan. Maintenance rehabilitative needs include: Communication in a manner that enables the resident to understand and be understood. Provides direct assistance to the licensed staff through the gathering, reporting and documenting of care provided. All other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience as a nursing assistant or working with the elderly is desirable.
