The posted compensation range of $37.76 - $60.47 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. In collaboration with department leadership, is responsible for managing and enhancing Laboratory Transfusion Services for Commonspirit Mountain Region's Hospitals. Applies high-level of relevant technical and leadership knowledge. Consults with laboratory leaders on technical processes. Functions in a self-directed manner. Oversees the integration of lab discipline within the hospital, ambulatory, and clinic environment. Assist in development and evaluation of test procedures, maintain an understanding of IT systems and data sources associated with Transfusion Services. In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Bachelor degree in a Science field, required 5 years clinical laboratory experience required MLT or MLS/MT, from ASCP required
