Our Dental Assistants increase the efficiency of our dentists' and team in delivering quality oral health care. Assists the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and other chair side duties. We offer excellent benefits including: health, dental, vision, life, AD&D, long term disability. We have generous PTO time and 11 paid holidays, in addition to paid parental leave. Our retirement plan matches your contribution at 4%. Job Qualifications:
Current Oklahoma Dental Assisting Permit 2 years Dental Assistant experience preferred Current BLS certificate required High school diploma or equivalent Coronal Polishing, Nitrous, Sealant and X-Ray certifications, or the ability to obtain the certifications within a reasonable amount of time required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a clinic environment Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds Must be able to sit, and stand for extended periods of time. Possess the ability to bend, lift, and climb stairs Work may involve some exposures to operating circumstances that require following standard or prescribed safety precautions.
This position has been deemed a "Safety-Sensitive" position; therefore, Morton reserves the right to refuse to hire an applicant or may terminate an employee in a "Safety-Sensitive Position" who tests positive for medical marijuana even if he/she has a valid medical marijuana license.
