Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols. Monitor and assess patient conditions to ensure optimal care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Current nursing licensure relevant to the state of practice. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
