Deliver focused, one-on-one speech therapy aimed at enhancing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing abilities. Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to foster unified care strategies. Provide educational resources to patients and families, empowering them to support progress outside of therapy sessions. Support some inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuity of care throughout the therapy journey. Maintain current and accurate documentation that adheres to state, federal, and organizational standards. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA highly regarded. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of employment. Skills
