Key Responsibilities
Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician analysis Work alongside radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure precise and thorough evaluations Accurately position patients and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal results Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols for patient and team safety Keep detailed records, including imaging logs and equipment maintenance reports Offer compassionate and patient-centered care throughout each imaging procedure Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient imaging environment Educational Background
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous Completion of an accredited radiology program required Certification Requirements
ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) Current BLS certification or ability to secure it within 90 days of employment Essential Skills for Success
Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and interdisciplinary staff Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and swiftly adapt to evolving circumstances Keen attention to detail and a deep commitment to accountability Technological proficiency with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software What We Offer
