Assess and develop nutritional plans for pediatric patients, including TPN calculations and enteral nutrition management. Reassess patients regularly, conduct calorie counts, and adjust nutritional interventions accordingly. Calculate and stabilize TPN formulations, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and optimize nutritional outcomes. Document assessments and interventions accurately within the Cerner charting system. Float within pediatric scope to meet facility needs and support various units as required. Qualifications:
Hold a valid RD or RDN credential with at least 1 year of pediatric inpatient experience. Demonstrate strong foundation in Enteral Nutrition and Total Parenteral Nutrition. Maintain BLS certification and current state licensure. Possess excellent assessment skills, including macro and micro TPN calculations. Have the ability to work 12-hour day shifts with weekend and holiday requirements. Be willing to float and work within scope to meet clinical demands. Benefits & Growth:
