A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending. Certifications
Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Skills
