Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessments and keen observational skills across pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations. Craft individualized treatment strategies designed to meet both immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing objectives. Ensure impactful one-on-one speech therapy sessions targeting production, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing challenges. Engage collaboratively with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and families to develop integrated care plans. Provide comprehensive education to patients and their families to ensure continued improvement outside clinical visits. Participate in necessary inpatient evaluations and therapy interventions, promoting seamless care transition throughout the treatment timeline. Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with local, state, federal, and organizational standards. Commit to professional growth by staying assured of the latest industry trends and pursuing ongoing education opportunities. Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized program. Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you haven't yet achieved ASHA certification. Certifications
Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of joining. Essential Skills
