CVOR Surgical Technologist Location: Altoona, PA Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule: AM shifts, 4 × 10-hour shifts, with no scheduled weekends. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled CVOR Surgical Technologist who is capable of performing open heart surgeries and vascular procedures, specifically those involving wires. This position offers flexible on-call hours and is ideal for individuals seeking a challenging yet rewarding role in the operating room. Responsibilities:
Assist with open heart surgeries and vascular procedures. Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the operating room. Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure best patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Experience as a Surgical Technologist in a CVOR setting. Certification in BLS and other relevant credentials. Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
