Facilitating surgical operations by organizing and preparing the operating room Ensuring sterile environments and complying with stringent infection control measures Providing instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical aides seamlessly Preparing and overseeing surgical technologies throughout procedures Keeping track of supplies, guaranteeing readiness for each operation Coordinating with nursing staff, anesthesiologists, and other surgical professionals for exceptional patient care Maintaining precise surgical counts and documentation duties Education Requirements:
Completion of a recognized Surgical Technology program High school diploma or equivalent is necessary Certifications Needed:
Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is mandatory BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) Key Skills and Attributes:
