Job Description
Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy plans aimed at accomplishing their functional goals. Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Utilize research-supported techniques to improve patients' motor abilities, cognition, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure an all-encompassing, holistic approach to patient care. Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide instruction to patients and their families on therapeutic methods to foster ongoing achievements at home. Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients maintain their path to recovery. Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Participation in continuing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported. Certifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory. Skills
