About the Role
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that technology solutions meet the needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements. Develop and document functional specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units. Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills
Experience with project management methodologies. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks. Knowledge of SQL and database management.
Pay range and compensation package
The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
