Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and translate them into functional requirements. System Analysis & Design: Evaluating current systems, designing improvements, and developing workflows, data models, or user interface designs. Technical Liaison: Acting as the intermediary between non-technical business users and technical teams (developers). Testing and Quality Assurance: Conducting or coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are free of defects and meet requirements.
Documentation & Support: Creating documentation for systems and processes, and providing training or troubleshooting support to end-users
