Lead and support complex, multi-site contract negotiations .

Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams.
What You Bring 3–5 years of outside sales experience , ideally in industrial services, energy, or safety-related sectors.
1–2 years of downstream industry experience , including work with refineries or chemical plants.
Strong understanding of the oil & gas downstream environment .
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding strategic accounts .
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills .
A strategic mindset and problem-solving approach to uncovering growth opportunities.
