Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer order status and product inquiries Process customer orders and order changes according to established policies and procedures Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer needs and issues Provide timely feedback regarding customer concerns Perform export compliance screenings in accordance with company policies Review purchase orders, contracts, and terms and conditions for accuracy and compliance Perform additional duties as assigned
What We Expect from You:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience Six months to one year of related experience in customer service or administrative role preferred Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred Strong customer/client focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with basic data entry and processing skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures, manuals, and instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Dependability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Commitment to safety and alignment with company Leadership Principles and workplace competencies Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Physical Demands: This role operates in both office and manufacturing environments. The position requires regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, and copiers. While in the manufacturing environment, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally to humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, heat, cold, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level is usually moderately loud, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as applicable. This role does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.
