Position Responsibilities: Build and manage the local sales team. Provide leadership, manage and expand the company's customer base. Develop and implement strategic sales and business plans. Negotiate rates and build relationships with the customer base. Constant business development while achieving monthly and yearly team targets Consistent weekly off-site client appointments. Account maintenance and communication with overseas offices to ensure international and customer requirements are met. Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills is a must. Assure teams compliance with Falcon Logistics Global given procedures and processes.
