Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping to maintain a well-kept, clean store Processes sales for the customer accurately and efficiently as a cashier

Contributes to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and jumping in to support the needs of the team Exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt; is flexible to change and open to try new ways of doing things Ensures timeliness and accountability to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environment
Visual + Business Operations
Maintains visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer Supports processing shipment, tagging, staging, and placing new product Adheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
Role Qualifications
Experience in customer service Experience being a team player Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights and weekends and holidays. Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture
