This is a true hunter role—ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and growing a book of business. Columbus, OH Lexington, KY Indianapolis, IN Greater Cincinnati, OH area (within ~200-mile radius)

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consistent prospecting Convert leads into active customers and build a strong, profitable book of business Collaborate with a team-driven environment to grow and maintain customer relationships
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of freight brokerage (3PL) sales experience (required) Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a hunter mentality Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
