We're looking to expand our Sales efforts with a proven Sales Executive. We are looking for an excellent SaaS SDR / Sales Executive to spearhead and own the sales efforts of our customer insights management platform. Our ideal candidate is a strategic-minded sales professional who possesses the skills of full-cycle sales, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and craves success & ownership. Our product is a cross-platform customer insights manager, enabling companies to conduct in-depth user research in minutes. Our mission is to become the central store of insights allowing companies to listen, learn, and act from their customers, seamlessly, wherever they are. We believe successful companies are customer-obsessed, and must constantly listen, learn, and act on customer feedback. Your Responsibilities
Owning the sales cycle start to finish Prospecting: Sourcing new potential customers and identifying the organization's key decision-makers Outreaching: Crafting thoughtful and creative messaging to engage companies via a variety of cold outreach techniques Qualifying: Communicate our value props and provide a short demo/pitch of the product Closing: Ultimately closing the customer and getting them to sign up Manage customer success and relationships with existing customers Manage and develop new relationships with integration partners Your Strengths
Previous software sales / SaaS sales experience A natural self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit Experience building and managing a sales pipeline Confidence selling to senior executives and decision-makers Exceptional at staying organized and prioritizing Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Think you're a good fit for this challenge?
