*Primary Job Description*: Performs network maintenance relating to users, contexts, and network devices. Assist users in troubleshooting their computers, setting up user’s security environments and demonstrate network and user level troubleshooting skills.

* High School Diploma or Equivalent plus two years relevant experience or the combination of education and experience that enables performance of all aspects of the position.
* Excellent Working Knowledge of Computer Skills
* Working Knowledge of Various Software Programs
* Must understand installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment.
* Prefer knowledge of how to assemble and disassemble personal computer components, including cabling.
* Requires sufficient analytical skills to assess problems or unusual situations and develop solutions.
* Must have strong communication and training skills and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
