THE JOB ROLE The Specification Sales Manager role is a home and field-based sales role selling into established and new high value house builders, contractors and developers. Selling a range of award-winning branded mid- to high-end products into national and regional customers. Developing existing high-spend customer relationships, creating and executing effective sales growth plans into house builders, developers and contractors. Driving new growth through dormant accounts, industry data/leads. Identifying and engaging with relevant new business target accounts.
