RN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks an RN for our Long Term Care team to provide compassionate, holistic nursing care to underserved residents. The RN will complete assessments, develop care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor chronic conditions, support ADLs, and ensure accurate EHR documentation. Working within a mission-driven, faith-based, interdisciplinary team, this role promotes dignity, safety, and wellness while advancing health equity. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical skills, geriatric or long-term care experience, and a passion for serving vulnerable communities.
