You will join a high-impact team where speed, precision, and partner success are the standard. As an Onboarding Executive, you will be the vital link between a signed contract and a thriving restaurant live on our platform, ensuring every new partner starts their journey with us on the right foot.
We are looking for someone to live our behaviors of Lead, Deliver, and Care. In this role, you won't just process activations - you will own them. You will be the master of the "Go-Live," managing end-to-end restaurant activations while acting as a key strategic partner to our Sales teams.
This role requires both the precision of an operator and the energy of a collaborator: the ability to juggle multiple activations simultaneously while keeping restaurant partners and Sales colleagues fully supported. These are some of the key components to the position:- Own the end-to-end activation process for new restaurant partners, from technical setup and menu integration through to Go-Live, with speed and precision.
- Manage multiple restaurant onboardings simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail across every activation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new restaurant partners during the onboarding journey, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and ready to receive their first orders.
- Partner directly with our Sales teams, providing administrative and strategic support that keeps the pipeline moving and partners primed for success.
- Participate actively in sales meetings and discussions, contributing insights on onboarding feasibility and partner readiness.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the activation process and propose improvements to increase onboarding speed and partner satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the restaurant partner internally, ensuring their first experience with Just Eat Takeaway.com sets the tone for a long and successful relationship.
- Communicate fluently in French and Dutch (written and spoken), with strong English.
- Manage competing priorities with calm and precision - juggling multiple live activations without losing a single detail.
- Build strong relationships with Sales Representatives, restaurant partners, and internal stakeholders, bringing a collaborative and proactive approach to every interaction.
- Learn our internal tools quickly and translate technical processes into clear, simple guidance for restaurant owners.
- Bring a structured, organised mindset that keeps every activation on track and every partner informed.
- Speak up in meetings to share insights, flag challenges, and continuously improve how we onboard partners.
- Take full ownership of your activations from day one, acting with the accountability and drive that turns a great first impression into a lasting partnership.
