LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team serving underserved seniors. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring chronic conditions, while supporting residents with daily living needs. You’ll document in EMR, follow care plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a faith-based, mission-driven environment. Ideal candidates bring strong geriatric care skills, excellent communication, respect for dignity and diversity, and a passion for health equity and whole-person care.
