LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team. In this on-site role, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care to primarily underserved residents, supporting whole-person wellbeing in a mission-driven, faith-informed environment. Responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, monitoring conditions, wound care, documentation, and supporting ADLs in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll help promote dignity, safety, and health equity while engaging families, contributing to care plans, and supporting a culture of compassion, respect, and holistic, community-focused service.
