What You Will Do:Drive the full sales process from initial prospect inquiry through lease signing and move-in
Build strong relationships with prospective residents while identifying their needs and matching them with the ideal apartment home
Conduct engaging property tours while showcasing community amenities, floor plans, pricing, and lifestyle benefits
Follow up with phone, internet, and walk-in leads to maximize leasing opportunities and conversion rates
Contribute creative ideas for outreach marketing, resident retention, and community events
Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using innovative online systems and technology
Consistently work toward leasing goals while contributing to the overall success of the community
What We Need:Previous sales experience required; customer-focused professionals strongly encouraged to apply
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume community
Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
Weekend availability required
Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid driver's license, clean driving record and insurance required
