Home Loan Consultant

Generations Home Loans is seeking a Home Loan Consultant to guide clients through the mortgage process within our Financial Services department. You will consult with borrowers, assess financial needs, pre‑qualify and structure home loan solutions, and manage applications from initial inquiry to closing. Responsibilities include collecting documentation, analyzing credit and income, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with underwriters, processors, and closing agents. You’ll build strong referral relationships with realtors and community partners while meeting sales and service goals in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
