Project Executive Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about supporting teams who drive global impact? Were looking for an Executive Assistantto join a dynamic Medical Technologies & Healthcare Services team in Athlone, on behalf of one of our clients. Division:Medical Technologies & Healthcare Services Location: Athlone, Co. Westmeath (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote initial training period is fully on-site) Salary:€52,546 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent role Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of client organisations, identifying investment opportunities in innovation, sustainability, business transformation, and workforce development. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth and long-term investment. Support the attraction of new business opportunities through lead generation, enquiry management, site visits, and follow-up activities. Evaluate, prepare, and present investment proposals to internal decision-making committees and senior stakeholders. Collaborate with specialist teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive client transformation and sustainable growth. Prepare strategic reports, business cases, and portfolio updates for governance and review forums. Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities and stakeholder engagement activities using CRM systems. Conduct market research and contribute to the development of sector and sub-sector growth strategies. Develop value propositions, presentations, and marketing materials to support business development efforts. Support the planning and delivery of industry events, conferences, networking activities, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Gather and share market intelligence and industry insights to inform strategic decision-making and investment attraction activities. Work collaboratively across teams to deliver key projects and initiatives that support sector growth. Support with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications & Experience: A third-level qualification is required. Willingness to occasionally travel or work flexible hours when required. A full driving license is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience or confidence working with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A client-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building ability. Organisational skills and attention to detail. Creative problem-solving and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with project coordination or marketing support.
