Forklift Driver

About the function

As a forklift driver, no two days are the same at this company in IJmuiden. You're responsible for driving the forklift and jumping in wherever needed on the shop floor. You work closely with the owner and your colleagues, with your efforts contributing to peace and continuity within the team. The atmosphere is direct, informal, and straightforward. You have a lot of personal responsibility, and your practical mindset will be a great asset. Your day starts with reviewing the schedule. After that, you'll be repairing pallets, ensuring the premises are tidy, and aiding with loading and unloading trucks. Sometimes you'll need to act quickly if a colleague is sick or on leave, but you keep an overview and step in as necessary.
