The Zone Specialist (ZS) assists customers and helps maintain the store appearance. The ZS is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with a primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Primary responsibilities include merchandising in the assigned zone, assisting with training new Zone Specialists, being knowledgeable of promotions and advertisements, maintaining the assigned zone, assisting with pricing and merchandising, communicating customer needs to Team Leaders, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications include a minimum of six months' retail experience, the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, effective communication, sound judgment, confidentiality, accuracy, organization, industry knowledge, interpersonal and listening skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact well with customers and Associates.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend and twist frequently, grip, reach, and pinch with arms and hands frequently, squat, kneel, balance, and climb ladders occasionally, and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

This pay represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Actual associate pay will be based on work location, position, experience, skill level, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Associate will not be compensated below the minimum wage for the specific location where the individual has applied in accordance with city, county, and state requirements.

New Hire Starting Pay: $16.67 - $17.67.
