Job Description Description: Safe n Secure Garage Doors | A Wheelhouse Company Residential Garage Door Service & Installation | Remote with Travel
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support our growing garage door operations across multiple branch locations. This role will focus heavily on lead follow-up, reactivating previous opportunities, and converting inbound and outbound customer interactions into booked appointments and closed sales. This position is primarily remote but will require occasional travel to branch locations for training, operational support, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate has prior experience in inside sales or customer service and possesses strong garage door industry knowledge. This individual should be comfortable managing a high volume of follow-up activity while delivering excellent customer service and helping drive revenue growth across all branches.
Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly to incoming customer leads and inquiries · Follow up on unsold estimates and open sales opportunities · Re-engage previous customers and inactive leads (“rehash” opportunities) · Make outbound calls, send text messages, and emails to drive appointment bookings and sales conversions · Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process · Work closely with branch teams and operations to support scheduling and customer follow-up efforts · Accurately document customer interactions and updates within company systems · Help improve lead conversion rates and overall sales performance across all locations
