Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
What's the Job?
Monitor alerts from data loss prevention technologies to identify potential security issues. Perform initial triage and escalate incidents following internal protocols. Draft playbooks and job aids to streamline responsibilities and improve processes. Partner with senior data loss prevention leaders to validate incidents and support investigations. Provide feedback to technologists for policy tuning and prepare metrics for routine reporting. What's Needed?
Knowledge of Proofpoint, Microsoft Purview, and Island.io. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables. Strong attention to detail with inquisitive and analytical mindset. Ability to synthesize multiple data sources into comprehensive insights. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally. What's in it for me?
