We are changing how care is delivered by bringing together people like you: compassionate, highly skilled, and motivated to make a difference!/ppThe primary purpose of the CMA position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro HealthCare Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results./pp**Daily Pay Available**/ph3Medication Aide Responsibilities:/h3ulliDeliver routine daily medications, either prescription or non-prescription, to patients./liliCoordinate with different nurses to assist with patient care and medications./liliFollow written or verbal instructions on how to manage medications./liliRecord medication dosages and times./liliObserve patients and document changes in their condition./liliGather samples for analysis./liliEnsure equipment is routinely inspected and cleaned./liliUphold all health and safety standards./liliRespond to patient emergency call signals, bells, or intercom systems to identify patient needs./li/ulh3Medication Aide Requirements:/h3ulliMust be a Certified Medication Aide AND Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in state employed, or able to become state certified in the state you are employed in./liliMinimum 1 year experience as a CMA./liliSuccessful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required./liliCompletion of orientation required by company policy./liliHealth screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment./liliMandatory drug test within 90 days of hire./liliMust be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check./liliShow within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment./li/ulpOther Duties/ppPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
