As a Production Planner, you ensure reliable on-time delivery by orchestrating production planning with precision and foresight. You bring MRP logic, SAP PP expertise, and supply chain awareness together to create stable, efficient production flows. How you will make a difference
- Drive MRP execution: Plan and disposition requirements while monitoring and resolving MRP messages and data inconsistencies
- Optimize production flow: Convert, release, and manage production orders to secure on-time delivery and stable schedules
- Manage constraints proactively: Monitor capacity, identify bottlenecks, and act quickly to protect service levels
- Ensure material availability: Track shortages, reallocate parts, and collaborate across functions to avoid disruptions
- Enhance order transparency: Support customer service with accurate status updates, allocations, and rapid response orders
- Strengthen data & processes: Maintain SAP master data and continuously improve planning rules for higher efficiency
What you should be good at
- MRP & supply chain expertise: Strong understanding of planning, inventory, and end-to-end SCM processes with KPI focus
- SAP PP proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning and related modules
- Analytical thinking: Ability to identify root causes and solve structured planning and data challenges
- Production environment awareness: Understanding of capacity planning, order management, and shop floor dynamics
- Communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with production, customer service, and cross-functional teams
- Digital toolkit: Confident use of Excel and Microsoft Office, with a structured and detail-oriented working style
