To support a mission-driven team, the full-time Bilingual Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound calls from individuals interested in preventive health screenings, utilizing a consultative approach to assess needs and recommend services, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Handle 35-45 inbound calls per shift to assist individuals with preventive health screenings Collect health information and schedule appointments while processing payments efficiently Consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals through empathetic customer interactions
Required qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English At least 1 year of sales experience High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening Authorized to work in the United States
